We offer a range of training options from complimentary online webinar training through to full day on site training packages, all designed to help you get the most out of your solution.

Training sessions are scheduled in advance and are based on trainer availability with your availability as our priority.

Our regular training hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm ACST.

Weekly Webinars

To ensure you get the most from your investment, Fleet Complete conducts regular free “online” training sessions for you, our valued clients, within a group online environment. Whether you are new to the software or need to update your skills, register for one of our proven webinars now.

These training sessions are held weekly for both the MyGeotab Software Platform as well as the new FC Web software platform. 


Getting Started with FC Web

This session will cover all you need to get you up and running with your new FC Web software platform. This webinar will provide attendees with a high-level overview of the current Fleet Complete Web application and will include topics such as Asset, Resource, and POI Configuration, Rules, Reports, User Accounts, and the Tracking screen.

Getting Started with MyGeotab

Our ‘Getting Started’ session is the first session in the Fleet Complete training suite. It will cover all you need to get you up and running with your MyGeotab software platform. We will run through basic navigation, user settings, vehicle settings, live and historical tracking, basic zoning and using the standard exception rules.

Getting More from MyGeotab

The follow on session is the ‘Getting More’ session, it is aimed at those who have already completed the Getting Started webinar. It will cover some of the more advanced functionality of the MyGeotab software platform including grouping your fleet, advanced device settings, driver keys, advanced zoning, custom exception rules and basic reporting.

Bonus Topics

Each week, we will  conduct a short specialised webinar on a bonus topic of one of our software platforms, see below for available dates for these topics.
